The Brazen 15-30-45 Minute Holiday Crunch Workout

If you've got a little more time, add these exercises on to the Brazen 30 Minute Workout, as designed by celeb trainer, Reggie Chambers.

  • Scissors

    Lay flat on back, hands under butt. raise head and legs a few inches off the ground. Move legs in a scissor motion. Both legs is one rep.

  • Pike

    Lay flat on back, arms overhead and legs straight out. Using abs, sit up into a V position. 

  • Pike

    Slowly lower back to start position, moving arms and legs at same time. 

  • Side Lateral Skips

    Walking sideways, extend leg towards back of treadmill. 

  • Side Lateral Skips

    Stand sideways on treadmill. Raise incline and lower speed to 1.5. 

  • Side Lateral Skips

    Carefully bend knee closest to front of treadmill and skip to the side. When complete 30 seconds, hold bars and turn to other side.
